Now that it is summer time and the kids aren't in school, I like to sleep in. If I don't have to get up at 7:30, I'm not going to! There is only one problem with that. Mr. Sunshine does not like me to sleep that long. He wakes me up every morning. Shining through my windows and right into my eyes. Thankfully, I was able to review a Dreamlite Sleep Mask from Dream Essentials!
I was skeptical about wearing a sleep mask. My mom wears them and I have always wanted to get one. I was iffy about putting it on and IT keeping me awake instead of the sun. I thought it would bother me by touching my eyes and moving around.
The Dreamlite Sleep Mask proved me wrong! The mask is made with a large cavity on the inside so that it doesn't touch your eyes. It is really comfortable and doesn't slide around when you roll over. It also makes everything perfectly black. It's like going to sleep in the middle of the night!
The mask also has an adjustable velcro strap to fit your head perfectly. It's lightweight and breathable. Which is great because there is nothing worse than sweating while your sleeping! Oh, it is also washable! I think that's amazing! Nobody wants to put the same dirty mask on every morning!
I was also informed that the mask is being used by the Lucid Dream Institute to manufacture sleep masks that allow users to experience lucid dreaming! How neat is that!?
