I had the greatest opportunity to review for DownEast Basics! I really didn't know what to expect from their clothes.

I picked the Beach Babe Dress to review. First of all, it arrived really fast! I was very pleased with the fast shipping! That comes in handy when you need something quickly for an event you may be going to!

Once I opened the package and pulled out the dress, I fell in love! I spend a lot of time out on the lake and at the beach. Sometimes it's a pain to have to put shorts and a shirt on after being in the water! With the Beach Babe Dress, that solves my problem! I can just slip it on super easy, and be on m way!

The dress is really soft! As my mom would say, 'it's like butta!' :) I'm obviously a girl, so I need, want, and have to have soft things! Haha! Another great thing, is that it fit so nice! It's loose, but also very flattering. Very comfortable to wear. It has double spaghetti halter straps which makes it super easy to get on and off, and also gives it a little more flare! It has crochet details at the top on the chest which is absolutely beautiful!

It's made of 52% cotton and 48% modal. I had to look up modal because I had never heard of it before. But I learned that modal is a variety of rayon. It's 50% more water absorbant than cotton and wont fade or shrink! Man, you can learn so much from trying new things!

Next weekend I am going to Sea World, and you can bet I will be wearing this dress!
