Belts, like shoe laces, can be a tricky thing for a little one to master. Trying to feed it through the loops and buckling it can be frustrating! Myself Belts makes it easy for them to do it all by themselves!

My 4 year old wears belts a lot. He's got a small waist and long legs. Therefore, most of his pants will fall off of him if he doesn't wear a belt. He loves to wear belts. I think it makes him feel more grown up. The problem is, is that he comes to me to buckle and unbuckle when he has to potty.

The belt is super easy to use. On one end there is a snap. You snap that end of the belt to your child's left side around the belt loop. Then, you feed the belt around. Once you are back in the front, the belt Velcros closed. Done! So now, all I have to do it snap it on, and he does the rest!

Kimochis Review

I would like to introduce you all to Kimochis! Kimochis are toys with feelings inside. Kimochi means "feeling" in Japanese.

If you have little ones at home like I do, you know that sometimes they have a hard time conveying their feelings. My 5 year old gets really mad some times and all he can do is growl! And my 4 year old sometimes will laugh instead of cry. He tries to hold it in. Children don't always understand their feelings, what they mean, and how to express them.

With Kimochis, it makes learning these things fun and easy! Each 13 inch Kimochis character comes with 3 plush "feelings" and a how-to Feel Guide with tips for parents on connecting with their kids during emotional moments.

I received Kimochis Bug and and a Mixed Feelings Pack. I have absolutely fallen in love with this product! Bug is a Caterpillar that is afraid of change. Perfect for my boys! Being a military family, we are moving every few years and now that my boys are in school, it's going to be hard on them leaving their friends. With Bug, it will make it easier for them to show me how they feel. Then, it will be easier for us to talk about it!

Bug comes with 3 plush feelings: Happy, Brave and Left Out. The Mixed Feelings Pack comes with 6 plush feelings: Scared, Jealous, Shy, Grateful and Loved. The sixth plushy is blank. The pack comes with a washable marker so your little one can write their own feeling down.

All of the "feelings" are perfect. We have already used Happy, Jealous and Loved. They let me know what they were feeling. It was easy for them to find the right "feeling" because on one side is the word, and on the other is the facial expression to go with the feeling!

Next week I am going to use the Grateful "feeling" to talk to them about Thanksgiving. With the tips in the Feel Guide, it will be very simple. Not to mention that I am Grateful for finding this product!

The Mixed feelings come in 3 different packs. There are also more Kimochis characters other than bug. There is Cat who knows what she wants and can be very persuasive and sometimes bossy. Cloud, depending on his mood can be happy or sad. Lastly, there's Huggtopus who is all smiles and giggles!

If you have a little who is having trouble expressing how they feel, you should really get them a Kimochis! The 13 inch characters and only $25! That is really inexpensive when you look at some of the other toys out there that don't offer what this one does!

Gear Tie Review

My husband is a very handy guy. There really isn't a lot that he can't do. If something is broke, he can fix it! That is a great thing to have around the house. The only problem with that is that his areas around the house, outside and in the garage, tend to get a little messy! BUT, I have found a product that will help with that! Gear Tie!

What are these things you ask? Well, they are reusable rubber twist ties! They come in many different colors and 5 different lengths. Gear Ties can be used for thousands of different things like bundling cords together or tying up a sleeping bag!

The rubber on the outside provides an excellent grip, while the strong wire on the inside holds it's shape! If you are using them on something precious, don't worry, they won't scratch or mark anything! And when you are done using it on something, just take it off, and you are ready to reuse it, unlike ordinary twist ties or zip ties!

For review, I received three packs of Gear Ties. A 3 inch, 6 inch and 18 inch.

The 3 inch ties are perfect for small cords, headphone wires, USB cords, phone chargers, and other household electronics. I know we have tons of small wires around the house! I am using these on our car chargers!

The 6 inch ties can be used on larger cables and wires like laptops, blow driers, coffee pots and many more. Kitchen counter tops can get cluttered quickly with wires. That's why I'm using these on our toaster and coffee pot!

The 18 inch ties are perfect for my husband! They work wonders in the garage, on our boat and jetski trailers, and even our water hoses! My hubby isn't home at the moment, but when he does get home, he's going to go crazy over these! Our dog has been chewing on the boat trailer wires so I know that's the first thing he's going to want to do. Tie them up!

Everybody knows that the holidays don't feel quite right without having candles around the house! Christmas candles are the best! I remember my mom bringing them out when I was little. The only problem with candles is that if they aren't tended to properly, they can start fires. Also, they can get messy with the melted wax.

The candles at Enjoy Lighting take that worry and mess away! Enjoy Lighting sells flameless candles! They look, feel, and even smell like real candles! They are run off of regular batteries. The warm glow of the candles come from the LED lights in them.

For review, I received two ivory pillar candles. They are so pretty! Once I put batteries in them and turned them on, I was amazed at how real they looked. Unless you are looking in the top of them, you can't tell that it's LED lights giving off the light! They also had a very nice vanilla smell!

On the bottom of the candles there are switches. You can either turn the candles on and just let them run, or you can turn it on the timer and not worry about turning it back off! You can set it to run for 4, 6 or 8 hours. I really like that aspect. It makes it easier. I just turn them on, set  the timer, and I'm done! I have a bad habit of forgetting to blow candles out! One less thing to worry about in my hectic day!

Since these candles wont completely burn and be gone, you can use them over and over! It cuts your spending down by not having to replace them! There are colors and textures to match all of your decor! Plus, the LED bulbs will last over 100,000 hours! That is a long time!
